Atkins Diet : Menu for 5 days


Akhirnya!
Selepas 23 tahun hidup kt dunia ni *bunyi cengkerik*
Berjaya tak sentuh nasi for 5 days..
Alhamdulillah :)
Surprisingly,xrasa lapar pon..
Let me share my menu for 5 days Induction yg Dila dh go thorugh...


Day 1
Breakfast : Omelette (2 egss)
Lunch : Stir Fried Chicken with Broccoli

Dinner : Chicken Cordon Bleu 
(w/o fries, w/o breadcrumb)
I finish up 3liter plain water.. :)


Day 2
Breakfast : 2 eggs (half boiled) + 1 pc Kraft cheese slice
Lunch : 1pc  Ikan Bawal + Sayur Bayam +
 1pc Telur Rebus + 1pc Tauhu Jepun (semua xmakan dengan kuah)
Dinner : Roasted Chicken

Day 3
Breakfast : 1 telur mata + 1 cheese slice 
Lunch : Lemon Butter Grilled Fish (buang tepung and lemon)
Dinner : Fresh Salad + Tuna Mayo

Day 4 :
Breakfast : 1 sosej + 1 telur mata
Lunch : Mexican Grilled Chicken (w/o mashed potato)
Dinner : Beef steak (w/o chips and coleslaw)

Day 5 : 
Breakfast : 1 cup Milo Kosong w/o Sugar (really ceroi)
Lunch : 1 ayam goreng + sayur bayam
Dinner : Sup Ayam with Kailan

I try my best not to take carbs but still a bit terkincit..
Make sure xamek SOS lgsg...
TEPUNG sila peel off..makan isi ja..
Mmg xsedap, tapi nk kurus kena berkorban ckit la...
Max 20g carbs ONLY per day..(mcm terlebih je)

Air masak kena minum AT LEAST 3LITER sehari!
Penting tu :)
Oh.lupa...every morning bila sampai opis, 
Dila cepat2 buat green tea a cup minum :)
Good for your health and diet as well! :)

* sakit tekak coz minum ari kosong ja.. sebek da ok..fuh!
Berat ada turun? Mesti la ada..tp small amount je la...
Sokayyy...ada byk masa lagi...chaiyok! >_<

  1. mcm best sj menu Dilla. Nelly bt DA + puasa ganti skali... Tp menu berbuka 2 xtau.. Day 1 (semalam) berbuka dgn 2 biji telur rebus + 2 pcs sosej... Nsib baik skrng ni musim ujan. tekak x kering sgt biar x mnum.

    1. Nelly, Dila sbb kerja..susah sgt nk masak sniri..so most of the menu mkn luar..tapi da request taknak itu ini...waiter muka blurr je sbb request pelik2..huhu

    1. Maya...uhuk2..sosej n telur je masak sniri..the rest kedai!hehehe... siyes xde masa nk msk kalo weekday.. Dila keja dr 9pagi samapai 10malam skrg ni..OT non stop! :(

    1. Amy, xmewah pon actually..kalo xdiet makan nasi,mee bagai la.. this Atkins need more protein,so kalo u bleh tgk menu i, most of it protein.. just make sure takde sos bagai la... nk ikot bajet sama je dear.. diet mkn 3x sehari..xdiet tibai smapi 4,5x sehari :)
