Layout & Furniture Ideas for Small RENTAL HOUSE :)

Ok, lagi2 cerita pasal rumah sewa..

Sorry kalo muak tau :)

Ok, here's the layout and some ideas...

My rental home, 550sqft area (small apartment)

1. Dining Area : DIY table ideas... guna recycle wooden pallete + mix match chairs

2. Kitchen : Exposed light bulb for a romantic look 

3. Walk In Closet : Clothes hanger, some organizer shelves + ironing board.. 

Not to forget some simple dressing table.

4. Master bedroom : To cut cost, some wooden pallete can be transform 

as platform lapik bawah mattress, tapi make sure clean it and finish it some finishes. 

Save budget and cantik!

5. Living Area : No sofa concept. Just some throws on the floor 

and DIY wooden pallete(again??huhu) coffee table.

6. TV cabinet : White is a must, cause it make the whole area look bigger and spacious.

7. Workspace : A simple console table and a chair.

8. Shoe cabinet : Transfer some shelf into shoes storage with cushion.

Tips : Most (or lets say ALL) furnitures are loose type. 

Senang nk angkut rumah lain kalo kena pindah randah.

White or less colorful is the best to make small space look wider.

Ok, these some few tips boleh la cuba.. Ni just an idea for my house.

Nanti boleh la pakat kongsi idea ye?

Decor rumah sewa :)

Salam semua..

Selain preparation kawen, Dila busy dok cr idea utk decor rumah sewa nanti.
Concept haruslah SIMPLE + CHEAP! :)

Memandangkan rumah sewa ni just utk sementara,
Dila and tunang decide nk hias as minimal as can.
Kemungkinan besar just buy cheap furniture, jenis loose ja..
So, xpayah la nk tebuk dinding bagai install nt..

Layout rumah sewa ni, dea masuk2 jumpa dapur dulu..
then baru la living hall,bedroom & etc..
2 bedrooms with total area 500sqft ja pon..
cukupla utk baru nk mula hidup sama2 :)
Yang penting, sewa murah..xsampai 400 pon per month..sep bajet! ;)

Dila taknak sofa kt hall..tak minat pon actually..
Sebab lebih suka tgk tv sambil brg ats lantai, tgn pgg remote :P
Bedroom pulak kalo boleh just katil,cermin dgn almari baju ja...
no dressing table bagai...

Kitchen! Masalah paling besar.. since dea kt entrance, a bit xselesa..
Yela,salunya kitchen la tmpt plg sepah..
Nk kena fikir cana nk buat nmpk kemas and organize...belum ad idea lg..hurmmmm

Harap dptla decor rumah sewa ikut idaman hati bakal suami nt ;)

Dila nk try idea baru yg sekrang tgh in ni..

Hopefully Abah boleh tolong buat wiring la nt..hee :)

Suma bride pon suka bnda alah ni kan?

Sapa xsuka tu xnormal la..

Dea bg efek soft gitu... :)

3. Fresh Flower

Ni la senjata pelamin cantik!

Kalau nk tau, pelamin simple mana pon 

kalo guna FF

Dh boring tgk pelamin with vase,

tukar letak botol la plak..

Asal jadik la kan..huhu

5. Wooden Crate

Ok,must have item!

Sbb nk feeling2 rustic jugak with nikah dais.. :)

6. Birdcage Stand

Ahaks! Motip letak bnda ni?

Ni 3D yg Dila smgt buat sbb nk tunjuk kt Family & Ijam..
